Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Our processing time is between 5-7 business days before it is shipped out. Once it has been shipped its about 3 business days or whatever shipping method you chose.
Q: How do I know what size I am in the charm bangle?
A: Use a tape measure or a string and ruler to measure the part of the wrist where you want the bangle to sit. For example, if your wrist is 6.5 inches, for a snug fit, choose the size small (6.5 inches), and for a looser fit, size up to a medium (7 inches).
Please note, your bangle can be exchanged for a different size if it does not fit.
Q: What is the charm bangle made out of?
A: The charm bangle is made out of brass, with heavy 18 karat gold plating, and a coating to prevent tarnishing.
Q: What happens if my personalized item breaks?
A: We offer free repairs for any damaged items under 60 days on our personalized items.
Q: Can I wear the charm bangle in the water?
A: We strongly recommend that you take off your bangles before showering, swimming, or working out. Although our products are very high quality, getting them wet can cause the plating to fade over time.
Q: Can the gold filled and silver jewelry be worn in the water?
A: Yes, however, the lifespan of your jewelry if you remove it before showering, swimming, or working out will last much longer.
*With all of our jewelry, please avoid chemicals, and anything containing alcohol to avoid burning the jewelry. This includes perfume and hand sanitizer.
Q: How do I add charms to the bangle?
A: On the opposite side to the closure, you will find a latch that opens up. You then will be able to slide your charms in. Always make sure the latch is closed properly.
Q: Where can I purchase charms for the bangle?
A: Under "Shop", you will find "Charm Bangle/Pendant Charm" section. You will then be able to choose your additional charms you would like to add to your bangle.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Anything that is not personalized or customized will qualify for a full refund. Anything that has been personalized or customized is final sale. All other purchases can be refunded or exchanged within 10 business days of receiving the item.
Q: What does it mean when I see "Pre-Order" next to an item?
A: Pre-order means that the item is sold out or on back order. In the item description, you will see a date range for shipping.
Q: What size chains do your charms fit on?
A: All of the charms fit on the 2 mm and 3 mm link chain. Our product, the "pave loop", can be purchased to add any charm to any sized chain.
Q: Does any of your jewelry contain nickel?
Q: My Package was marked as delivered, but I did not receive it- is it lost?
A: On occasion this can happen. It is usually resolved by the delivery company within a few days. In the meantime, if your able to safely check with your neighbors or around your home it is often found. If the package does not show up in a few days please contact the carrier to report this and ask for updated information.
Q: I received a tracking number from your company, but it does not seem to be moving. What should I do?
A: Please contact the shipping carrier directly, as they often have more up to date information on their end. If there is an issue, and they think the package may be lost, you can request for a case to be opened.
