In Stock Items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
Personalized Charm Bangles that are NOT on PRE ORDER will ship within 5-7 business days.
Personalized items that are MADE TO ORDER take 3-5 weeks with exception to the Personalized Skinny Charm Bangle, the IT Bangle, and the Personalized Tennis Bracelets these take 4-6 weeks. These are estimated time frames and do not include shipping to us or to you. Please give yourself extra time if you personalized piece is a gift.
There are plenty of shipping options for you:
- Standard US Shipping on orders over $150 USD (before tax): 3 to 5 business days | FREE
- Standard US Shipping & Handling on orders under $150 USD (before tax): 2 to 5 business days | $7.49 USD
- Standard International Shipping (outside the United States): 5-7 business days | rates will be determined at checkout. Duties are NOT included.
- Standard shipping to Canada | $15 USD
- International Shipping charges DO NOT include duties and taxes which may be assessed by local tax authority and will be charged directly to the receiver. International orders are FINAL SALE.
We’re confident the perfect piece is out there for you, however we do offer a full refund on certain products if your item is shipped back within 10 days. If our team deems the product is worn, we will not process your return.
*Personalized pieces are not eligible for a refund and are FINAL SALE! If there are any issues with a specific piece it must be sent back to be examined by our team in order to qualify for a store credit or exchange. We do not issue refunds on ANYTHING personalized. This includes any of our charm bangles, charm pendants, cuffs, charm necklaces with specific letters and or personalization. The only personalized item we allow exchanges on is the Charm Bangle for size!

My Package was marked as delivered, but I did not receive it- is it lost?
On occasion this can happen. It is usually resolved by the delivery company within a few days. In the meantime, if your able to safely check with your neighbors or around your home it is often found. If the package does not show up in a few days please contact the carrier to report this and ask for updated information.
I received a tracking number from your company, but it does not seem to be moving. What should I do?
Please contact the shipping carrier directly, as they often have more up to date information on their end. If there is an issue, and they think the package may be lost, you can request for a case to be opened.
